Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Office Manager to oversee the reception and administrative operations at our Hyderabad corporate office. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree and 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the infrastructure, transport, or real estate sectors. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a professional and efficient front-desk experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including greeting visitors, managing the switchboard, and directing inquiries.
- Oversee the reception team, providing training, guidance, and performance feedback.
- Ensure the reception area is well-maintained, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Schedule and manage meeting rooms, ensuring they are equipped and ready for use.
- Maintain visitor logs and security procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth internal communication.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and basic data entry.
- Handle basic inquiries from clients and stakeholders, escalating complex issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Support event coordination and logistics for internal and external meetings.
