Gastroenterologist

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Gastroenterologist to join our occupational health team in Nagpur. This role is crucial for ensuring the well-being of our workforce in the demanding Metals & Mining sector. You will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of gastrointestinal diseases and disorders among our employees, contributing to a healthy and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and consultations for employees presenting with gastrointestinal symptoms.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, including but not limited to peptic ulcers, GERD, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), liver diseases, and cancers.
- Interpret diagnostic tests such as endoscopy, colonoscopy, imaging studies (CT, MRI, Ultrasound), and laboratory results.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.
- Provide preventive healthcare advice and conduct health screenings related to gastrointestinal health.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in gastroenterology and occupational health.
