Role Summary:

- Develop personalized treatment plans, considering polypharmacy and potential drug interactions.
- Provide consultations to employees and their families regarding age-related health issues and care options.
- Offer preventive health services, including screenings, vaccinations, and lifestyle counseling.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
