Head - Facilities | M.A Professionals | Kochi

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Head of Facilities to oversee the management and maintenance of our state-of-the-art facilities in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience in facility management, with a strong understanding of operational efficiency and employee well-being within the creative industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive facility management strategies to ensure optimal operation of all buildings and grounds.

Oversee the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.

Manage vendor contracts and service providers, ensuring quality of service and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Develop and manage the annual facilities budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Coordinate with HR and IT departments on space planning, office moves, and employee-related facility needs.

Implement and manage security systems and procedures.

Lead and mentor a team of facilities staff.
