We are seeking a vigilant and certified Lifeguard to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees and visitors at our Bangalore facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of water safety protocols and emergency response procedures. While the primary role is safety-focused, a background in commerce is advantageous for understanding operational aspects and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor swimming pool activities and enforce safety rules and regulations.
- Prevent accidents and respond to emergencies, providing immediate first aid and rescue as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe pool environment, including checking water quality and temperature.
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain records of incidents, pool usage, and equipment.
- Assist with the organization of recreational activities in and around the pool area.
- Collaborate with facility management to ensure all safety standards are met.
- Provide a visible and approachable presence to promote a safe swimming environment.
