The Rig Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operations of specific production rigs, ensuring efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the daily operations of assigned production rigs, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in the setup and calibration of equipment as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain accurate records of production, material usage, and equipment performance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies on the production floor.
- Coordinate with the production team and other departments to resolve any operational issues.
- Participate in quality control checks and assist in identifying deviations.
- Support inventory management of raw materials and consumables for the assigned rigs.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by providing feedback on operational efficiency.
