Job Description

Role Summary:
KPMG India is seeking a highly motivated and analytically driven Sales Head (B2B) to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a Doctorate/PhD who possess a strong foundational understanding of business strategy and a keen interest in driving revenue growth through B2B client engagement. The role involves supporting senior sales teams in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of our management consulting services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in identifying and prospecting potential B2B clients for management consulting services.
* Support the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
* Prepare sales collateral, presentations, and proposals in collaboration with service line experts.
* Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business needs.
* Contribute to the CRM system by accurately recording client interactions and sales activities.
* Learn and apply advanced sales methodologies and negotiation techniques.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
