Housekeeping Executive / Attendant

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and organized Housekeeping Executive/Attendant to join our team at IndiGo Airlines in Jaipur. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our operational facilities, ensuring a pleasant and safe environment for our staff and passengers. The ideal candidate will have a background in computer applications (BCA) and a keen eye for detail, with 5 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement detailed housekeeping schedules and procedures for all assigned areas.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Inspect and evaluate the quality of housekeeping services, identifying areas for improvement.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage.
- Coordinate with other departments to address specific cleaning needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities, staff performance, and supply usage.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Utilize basic computer skills for reporting, scheduling, and inventory management, leveraging your BCA background.
- Conduct regular checks of restrooms, lounges, and common areas to ensure they are clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
- Respond to guest or staff complaints regarding housekeeping services and take corrective actions.
