Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Illustrator with a strong business acumen to join our growing team. This position is ideal for an MBA/PGDM graduate with 3-5 years of experience in illustration and a keen understanding of business principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create high-quality illustrations for various platforms including marketing collateral, presentations, website, social media, and educational materials.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and translate them into visually appealing designs.
- Develop a consistent visual style and brand identity for all communication materials.
- Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform creative strategies.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Present creative concepts and final artwork to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.
- Utilize an MBA/PGDM perspective to understand the business impact of visual communication and tailor designs accordingly.
- Stay updated with the latest design software and illustration techniques.
