Image Consultant

Role Summary:

This role requires a blend of creative flair and analytical thinking, with a strong understanding of how visual presentation impacts professional perception and client relationships. A Master of Computer Applications (MCA) background provides a unique analytical perspective to understand and implement image strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual image assessments and consultations for employees, identifying strengths and areas for development in personal branding, wardrobe, grooming, and etiquette.
- Develop and deliver personalized image strategies and action plans aligned with professional goals and company brand standards.
- Provide guidance on appropriate business attire, color analysis, body shape, and style for various professional settings.
- Offer training and workshops on effective communication, body language, and presentation skills to enhance professional presence.
- Advise on grooming standards and etiquette for diverse client interactions.
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure image consultancy services support employee development and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, industry best practices, and emerging communication techniques.
- Utilize analytical skills (honed through MCA) to track the impact of image consulting on employee confidence and client interactions.
