This role is ideal for an individual with a Bachelor of Arts degree and 2-4 years of experience, passionate about supporting the physical well-being and performance of our artists and creative personnel. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing tailored fitness programs to enhance physical resilience, prevent injuries, and optimize the overall health of our talent, ensuring they are at their peak for demanding projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized strength and conditioning programs for artists and creative staff, considering their specific roles and project demands.
• Conduct fitness assessments and performance evaluations to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Educate individuals on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention strategies, and nutritional guidance relevant to physical performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand the physical demands of various creative projects.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress, program details, and assessment results.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in strength and conditioning, sports science, and wellness.
