Internal Auditor (3-5 Yrs)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Internal Auditor with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree and have a strong understanding of auditing principles and practices within the hospitality sector. This role involves evaluating internal controls, risk management, and operational efficiency to ensure compliance and safeguard company assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting financial, operational, and compliance audits across various hotel properties and departments.

Assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls and recommending improvements.

Identifying risks and control weaknesses, and developing practical solutions.

Reviewing financial statements, transaction records, and other relevant documents.

Performing surprise checks and inventory audits to prevent fraud and discrepancies.

Preparing detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and management responses.

Following up on the implementation of audit recommendations.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Collaborating with various departments to enhance internal control awareness and best practices.
