IT Project Lead

Role Summary: We are seeking an IT Project Lead with a unique background in law to manage and oversee IT projects within our advertising and marketing operations in Kolkata. This role requires a blend of technical project management acumen and a strong understanding of legal and compliance aspects relevant to the industry. You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of IT initiatives, ensuring they align with business objectives and adhere to all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and closing of IT projects from initiation to completion.

Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments.

Ensure all IT projects comply with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, Indian data protection laws) and intellectual property rights.

Liaise with legal counsel to review contracts, vendor agreements, and ensure compliance with advertising standards and ethical guidelines.

Manage project teams, assign tasks, and provide guidance and mentorship.

Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned for future projects.
