Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Diversity & Inclusion Assistant to support our initiatives in creating a more equitable and inclusive workplace within the advertising and marketing sector. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate eager to learn and contribute to impactful D&I programs. You will work closely with the D&I team to implement strategies, gather data, and promote a culture of belonging.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of Diversity & Inclusion programs and initiatives.
- Conduct research on best practices in D&I and contribute to policy recommendations.
- Support the organization of D&I training sessions, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data related to diversity metrics and employee feedback.
- Help in creating communication materials to promote D&I awareness and engagement.
- Provide administrative support to the D&I team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster an inclusive work environment.
- Stay updated on current trends and challenges in Diversity & Inclusion within the Indian context.
