Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive and organized Events & Banquet professional with a Master of Science degree and 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Thane. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of corporate events and banquets, ensuring seamless operations and a positive experience for all attendees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage all aspects of corporate events, conferences, and banquets, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and staffing.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure all event logistics are met within budget and timeline.
- Develop event layouts, seating arrangements, and thematic decorations.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to schedules.
- Manage guest lists, invitations, and RSVP tracking.
- Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues or last-minute changes promptly.
- Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and prepare reports on event success and areas for improvement.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in event management.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events effectively.
