We are seeking a motivated and skilled Rheumatologist with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic medical team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong foundation in rheumatological conditions and a desire to contribute to high-quality patient care within a leading healthcare institution. While the M.Des is an unusual requirement for this role, we are looking for candidates who can demonstrate exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and design thinking skills applied to patient pathways and service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and manage a wide range of rheumatological disorders, including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, lupus, gout, and other autoimmune diseases.

Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions.

Interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory results and imaging studies.

Collaborate effectively with other medical specialists and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

Educate patients and their families about their conditions, treatment options, and self-management strategies.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in rheumatology and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinical practices.

Utilize design thinking principles to analyze patient journeys and propose innovative solutions for improving service delivery and patient outcomes.
