Junior Sustainability Manager - TV / Radio Sector (0-1 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sustainability Manager to join our team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for an individual with a recent M.Tech degree and 0-1 years of experience looking to kickstart their career in corporate sustainability within the dynamic media and entertainment industry. You will support the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives across our TV and radio operations, contributing to our commitment to environmental and social responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to environmental performance (e.g., energy consumption, waste generation, carbon emissions) for TV and radio broadcasting operations.

Support the research and development of sustainability strategies and policies aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Help in organizing and coordinating sustainability-related projects and campaigns.

Contribute to internal and external sustainability reporting efforts.

Engage with internal stakeholders to promote sustainability awareness and best practices.
