Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and efficient Kitchen Steward / Dishwasher to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our company's kitchen facilities, supporting our employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils according to established standards.
- Operate and maintain dishwashing machines, ensuring they are clean and in good working order.
- Clean and organize kitchen work areas, including countertops, stoves, and floors.
- Restock clean dishes, utensils, and equipment in their designated storage areas.
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly and maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations and company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude towards colleagues and management.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen environment.
