Logistics Operations Manager - Oil & Gas Sector (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree and a strong understanding of logistics processes within the Oil & Gas industry. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with industry regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate all inbound and outbound logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to support operational goals and minimize costs.

Utilize technology and data analytics to track shipments, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement. Leverage your MCA background for data-driven decision-making.

Ensure compliance with all relevant local and international logistics regulations, safety standards, and trade compliance laws.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., procurement, production, sales) and external partners (e.g., carriers, customs brokers) to ensure smooth operations.

Manage and maintain relationships with logistics service providers, negotiating contracts and service level agreements.

Oversee inventory levels and ensure accurate record-keeping through robust systems.

Prepare regular reports on logistics performance, costs, and efficiency metrics for management.
