Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and observant Marine / Maritime Pilot with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Jaipur. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vessels within designated operational areas. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of maritime procedures and a 12th Pass qualification, demonstrating a solid foundation for this specialized field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely guide and maneuver vessels in and out of ports, harbors, and confined waterways.
- Maintain constant communication with ship masters, port authorities, and other relevant personnel.
- Assess and interpret real-time environmental conditions such as wind, tides, and currents to ensure safe navigation.
- Utilize navigational aids, charts, and electronic systems to plot and execute safe courses.
- Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures to avoid accidents and incidents.
- Monitor vessel traffic and maintain situational awareness within the operational area.
- Adhere to all maritime regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Participate in incident investigations and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Conduct pre-pilotage assessments and provide expert advice to ship's command.
