Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) degree to join our team as a Nursing - Other support staff. While not a direct nursing role, this position is critical to supporting our healthcare operations within the Defence & Aerospace sector. You will leverage your analytical and data management skills to assist in various administrative and operational tasks related to patient care, health records, and medical supply chain management. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain experience in a unique and vital industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining and organizing electronic health records (EHR) and patient databases.
- Support the management of medical inventory and supplies, including tracking stock levels and generating reports.
- Facilitate communication between medical staff, patients, and administrative departments.
- Help in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis related to healthcare services.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security protocols for sensitive health information.
- Assist in the implementation and troubleshooting of healthcare IT systems and software.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for medical equipment and consumables.
- Perform data entry and validation to ensure accuracy of patient information and treatment history.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the healthcare support functions.
- Undertake any other related duties as assigned by the management.
