Job Description
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Oncologist with a BCA degree to join our esteemed medical team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in diagnosing, treating, and managing cancer patients. This role requires a unique blend of clinical expertise and a strong understanding of data analysis and technological integration in healthcare, leveraging the foundational knowledge gained from a BCA.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat various types of cancer, including solid tumors and hematological malignancies.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, radiation therapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy.
Interpret diagnostic tests, including imaging scans, biopsies, and laboratory results.
Utilize data management and analytical skills derived from BCA background to track patient outcomes, identify trends, and contribute to research initiatives.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and nurses.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in oncology research, treatment modalities, and healthcare technologies.
Educate patients and their families about cancer, treatment options, and supportive care.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records using electronic health record systems.
