We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager - Upstream to join our corporate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the upstream operations within our electronics manufacturing processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of supply chain, procurement, and production planning in the electronics industry. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of raw materials and components, contributing directly to our manufacturing excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end upstream supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, and inventory management of electronic components and raw materials.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality in upstream processes.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials for new product introductions and ongoing manufacturing.
- Monitor supplier performance, build strong relationships, and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain and procurement professionals.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance for senior management.
