We are looking for a talented UX Writer with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Guwahati. As a UX Writer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of our digital platforms, ensuring clarity, consistency, and effectiveness in all user-facing content. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex technical information into accessible language.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft clear, concise, and compelling microcopy for user interfaces, including buttons, labels, error messages, and onboarding flows.

Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, and engineers to ensure content aligns with design and product strategy.

Develop and maintain a consistent voice and tone across all digital products.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on content.

Write and edit help documentation, FAQs, and other support content.

Advocate for the user and champion content best practices within the organization.
