Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Program/Project Manager to join our growing team in Lucknow. This role will be instrumental in overseeing and executing various strategic initiatives within our petrochemical operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and a proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to completion. This position is suitable for individuals with 4-6 years of experience and an Any Graduate degree, looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets for diverse projects within the petrochemical division.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, procurement, and R&D, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations as required.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Support the development and implementation of new processes and operational efficiencies.
