Otolaryngologist (ENT)

Role Summary: We are seeking a qualified Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our healthcare team. While the primary medical expertise is in ENT, the candidate will leverage their M.Com background for administrative and financial aspects of departmental operations, ensuring efficient resource management and budget adherence. This position is ideal for an individual with 2-4 years of experience looking to contribute to occupational health within a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and treat common ENT conditions such as infections, allergies, hearing loss, and balance disorders.

Perform basic ENT examinations and procedures.

Provide consultations and health advice to employees on ENT-related health issues.

Manage medical records and ensure accurate documentation of patient encounters.

Utilize M.Com knowledge to assist in budget planning and financial management for the occupational health department.

Contribute to the development and implementation of health and safety policies relevant to ENT health.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and administrative staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
