Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Payroll & Transactions Associate with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and related financial transactions within our fast-paced E-Learning/EdTech environment. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and a foundational understanding of payroll processes and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and Indian labor laws.

Process various payroll-related transactions, including new hires, terminations, salary changes, and leave encashments.

Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies for resolution.

Handle employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and statutory compliances.

Maintain accurate employee records and payroll documentation.

Support in the preparation of payroll reports and reconciliations for management.

Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Assist in ensuring compliance with TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
