Plant Maintenance Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Maintenance Manager for our facility in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of plant maintenance operations, ensuring the optimal functioning and longevity of all manufacturing equipment and infrastructure. This role requires a proactive approach to preventive and corrective maintenance, a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, and the ability to lead a team effectively. The role is suited for an individual with a Bachelor of Arts degree and 6 years of experience in plant maintenance or a related field within the auto components industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance programs for all plant machinery and equipment.

Manage and execute corrective maintenance activities, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid resolution of issues.

Oversee the maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Lead, train, and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of safety and efficiency.

Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring availability of critical components and optimizing stock levels.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.

Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs and identifying areas for improvement.

Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and implement equipment upgrades and improvements.

Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, equipment performance, and repair history.
