Plant Performance Engineer role in Defence & Aerospace (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated Plant Performance Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic Defence & Aerospace team in Nagpur. This role is critical for optimizing the operational efficiency and performance of our manufacturing and production facilities. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Com background to analyze financial and operational data, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to cost-effective production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze plant production data, identify performance bottlenecks, and propose solutions for efficiency improvements.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production, cost, and resource utilization.

Prepare detailed reports on plant performance, cost analysis, and budget adherence for management review.

Collaborate with production, engineering, and finance teams to implement performance improvement initiatives.

Assist in developing and managing operational budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.

Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new projects and process changes.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant industry standards.
