Product Designer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and innovative Product Designer with a Master's degree (M.Des) to join our growing team in Kolkata. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and interface of our cutting-edge BPO and customer engagement platforms. This role is ideal for a designer with 1-4 years of experience who is eager to contribute to a dynamic startup environment and make a tangible impact on our product's success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Translate complex business requirements and user needs into intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Champion user-centered design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback, data, and evolving business needs.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies in the BPO and tech industries.
