Product Manager - Insurance (BBA/BBM Required) - Kochi

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a BBA/BBM degree and a passion for developing innovative insurance products tailored for the agriculture sector. You will be instrumental in defining, launching, and managing insurance solutions that address the unique needs of farmers and agricultural businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for new insurance products and features within the agricultural domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (underwriting, claims, sales, marketing, technology) to develop and refine product strategies.
- Define product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation and development to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Develop pricing strategies and ensure product profitability.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user guides and training materials.
- Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and iterate on products to improve user experience and market fit.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements for insurance products in India.
