Product Manager - Loans (2-4 Yrs) | Noida

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager - Loans to join our growing team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in product management, with a strong understanding of the financial services and loan products. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and optimization, with a focus on driving growth and customer satisfaction within our real estate and infrastructure financing division. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical and communication skills, and a relevant postgraduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and own the product roadmap for loan products, aligning with L&T's business strategy in infrastructure and real estate.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify new product opportunities and enhancements.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and legal teams to deliver high-quality loan products.

- Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and requirements.

- Manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility.

- Define and track key product metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.

- Drive product adoption and user engagement through effective go-to-market strategies.
