Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production & Manufacturing professional with a B.Pharma degree to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical production and manufacturing operations, with a strong understanding of GMP, regulatory compliance, and process optimization. This role will involve overseeing various aspects of the manufacturing process to ensure efficient, high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day production activities in assigned manufacturing units, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
- Implement and monitor Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance.
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments to ensure all products meet stringent quality standards.
- Participate in process validation, equipment qualification, and technology transfer activities.
- Manage raw material and finished goods inventory as per production requirements.
- Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Train and mentor junior production staff.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and review production batch records, reports, and documentation.
