Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Head - Manufacturing to oversee and drive manufacturing-related projects within our organization. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and timely execution of projects that support our operational growth and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and project management principles, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of manufacturing projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Manage project teams, providing direction, motivation, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., R&D, Supply Chain, Operations) and external vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
