Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Planner/Scheduler with 6 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project execution within our Accounting and Auditing services. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using project management software, ensuring alignment with project objectives and resource availability.
- Define project tasks, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths.
- Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare regular progress reports and communicate schedule updates to project managers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Facilitate schedule review meetings and risk assessments to proactively identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and company standards.
- Support the development of project plans, including scope, budget, and resource allocation, in coordination with project managers.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and historical schedule data for lessons learned and future planning.
