We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Product Operations Associate / Lead with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic corporate team in Surat. The ideal candidate will possess a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and a strong analytical aptitude, coupled with a keen interest in the power industry. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between product development and operational execution, ensuring seamless product lifecycle management and driving efficiency within our power generation and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the product lifecycle management for new and existing power-related products and services.

Analyze product performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to product and operations teams.

Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to optimize product delivery and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing, and supply chain to ensure alignment and efficient execution.

Manage and maintain product documentation, operational playbooks, and knowledge bases.

Monitor and report on key operational metrics and KPIs related to product performance and efficiency.

Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance processes.

Contribute to market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and operational improvements.
