We are seeking a motivated Property Manager with 1-3 years of experience to oversee the management of our facilities and properties in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will hold a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree and possess a strong understanding of property maintenance, administrative operations, and vendor management. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth functioning and upkeep of our company's assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of company-owned properties, including residential and commercial spaces.

Oversee maintenance, repairs, and improvements, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for repairs, landscaping, security, and other property-related services.

Handle tenant relations, lease administration, and rent collection if applicable.

Manage property budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
