Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA / QC Executive with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree to join our growing team in Nagpur. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and compliance of our biotechnology products and processes. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control systems, conducting inspections, and documenting findings. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with 1-4 years of experience to contribute to a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute quality control tests and experiments as per established protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Inspect raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities, including test results, deviations, and corrective actions.
- Participate in the validation of analytical methods and equipment.
- Assist in the preparation of quality assurance documentation, such as batch records, certificates of analysis, and quality reports.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory guidelines (e.g., GMP, GLP) and internal quality standards.
- Identify and report any non-conformities or deviations from quality standards and assist in their investigation and resolution.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and other departments to address quality-related issues.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in quality assurance and control within the biotechnology sector.
