Quality Analyst (2-4 Yrs) | Chennai

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Analyst with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our industrial automation products and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies, coupled with a B.Tech/B.E. degree and hands-on experience in testing and validation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for industrial automation software and hardware components.
- Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies to ensure timely resolution.
- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback on quality issues.
- Participate in code reviews and design discussions to ensure quality is built into the product from the start.
- Analyze test results and create detailed reports for management and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest quality assurance tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA processes and methodologies.
