We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Consultant with 2-3 years of experience and a BCA degree to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our sports development programs and operational processes. This role requires a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and a passion for sports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures for athlete development programs.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of program activities to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze data and feedback to evaluate program performance and user satisfaction.
• Collaborate with program managers and coaches to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality assessments, findings, and recommendations.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in sports quality management.
