Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pre-Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Mangalore. This role is ideal for an individual with a keen interest in understanding customer needs and crafting compelling solutions within the fast-paced consumer, retail, and hospitality sectors. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical and business expertise during the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in understanding client requirements and challenges within the consumer, retail, and hospitality domains.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and articulate value propositions and solutions.
- Respond to technical and functional questions from prospective customers.
- Support the creation of proposals and SOWs (Statements of Work).
- Gather market feedback and insights to contribute to product development and sales strategies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor offerings.
