We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic BD / Pre Sales professional to join our growing team in Thiruvananthapuram. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent B.Pharma graduate looking to kickstart their career in business development and pre-sales within the BPM industry. You will support the sales team by understanding client needs, preparing proposals, and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities and leads.
- Understand client requirements and articulate Wipro's BPM solutions effectively.
- Support the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, technical) to ensure client needs are met.
- Learn and apply knowledge of pharmaceutical industry nuances to client interactions.
- Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) records.
- Participate in client meetings and discussions, with guidance.
