Ramp Agent

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Ramp Agent to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will leverage their MBA/PGDM background and 4-6 years of experience in a similar role within the BPM industry to oversee and optimize ground handling operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of operational efficiency, resource management, and client service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient ramp operational procedures to ensure smooth and timely aircraft turnarounds.
- Manage and allocate ground support equipment (GSE) and personnel effectively to meet operational demands.
- Monitor and analyze ramp performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, security protocols, and company policies.
- Collaborate with flight operations, station management, and other departments to coordinate ground handling activities.
- Manage vendor relationships for external services related to ramp operations.
- Train and mentor junior ramp staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting for ramp operations, aligning with overall business objectives.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to ground services, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, safety incidents, and resource utilization.
