Immediate Hire: RF Design / Layout Engineer (2-3 Yrs)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RF Design / Layout Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role is crucial for the development and optimization of our cutting-edge network solutions, contributing directly to the advancements in digital infrastructure within the healthcare and life sciences sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in RF principles and practical experience in RF circuit and layout design.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and simulate RF circuits, including amplifiers, mixers, filters, and matching networks, using industry-standard tools (e.g., ADS, HFSS, CST).

Perform RF layout design, ensuring signal integrity, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), and manufacturability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and product development engineers, to define RF specifications and design requirements.

Conduct pre- and post-layout simulations to verify design performance and identify potential issues.

Assist in the testing and validation of RF components and systems, troubleshooting any design-related problems.

Stay updated with the latest RF technologies, design methodologies, and industry trends.

Document design specifications, simulation results, and layout guidelines.
