Network Service Technician - Gems & Jewellery (1-2 Yrs Exp)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Network Service Technician with 1-2 years of experience to join our IT team in Surat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our company's network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance for our retail operations within the Gems & Jewellery sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues, latency, and packet loss.
- Perform regular network maintenance, including updates and patches.
- Respond to and resolve network-related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of network upgrades and expansions.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Ensure network security policies are adhered to and implemented.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to support business operations.
