Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis to join our growing team. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent M.Pharma graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis within the dynamic clinical research and contract research industry. You will support the finance department in critical financial operations and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range plans.

Support the FP&A team in variance analysis, identifying key drivers of financial performance.

Prepare financial reports and presentations for management review.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models.

Assist in tracking project costs and revenue against budget for clinical research projects.

Gain exposure to financial data analysis and interpretation relevant to the pharmaceutical sector.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
