Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Regional Sales Manager (B2C) with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic Urban Transport team in Bangalore. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent B.Com graduate eager to kickstart their career in sales within the fast-paced urban mobility sector. You will be responsible for driving B2C sales initiatives, building customer relationships, and contributing to the growth of our services in the designated region.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Identify and develop new B2C customer acquisition opportunities within the assigned geographical area.
- - Build and maintain strong relationships with individual customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored mobility solutions.
- - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential B2C customers.
- - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- - Gather market intelligence on competitor activities and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- - Collaborate with the marketing team to execute B2C promotional campaigns.
- - Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management.
