Recruiting for Repair and Maintenance - Events / Live Entertainment Team (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Repair and Maintenance professional to join our dynamic Events / Live Entertainment team in Indore. This role is crucial for ensuring all event equipment and infrastructure are in optimal working condition before, during, and after live events. The ideal candidate will have a strong practical aptitude and a keen eye for detail, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspections and maintenance on event equipment such as sound systems, lighting rigs, staging, and AV equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning equipment promptly to minimize downtime during events.

Assist in the setup and teardown of event infrastructure, ensuring all components are safely and correctly installed.

Maintain a clean and organized workshop/storage area for tools and equipment.

Follow safety protocols and guidelines during all maintenance and repair activities.

Document maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory as required.

Respond to urgent maintenance requests during event operations.
