Refinery Maintenance Manager

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Refinery Maintenance Manager with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) background to oversee and manage all maintenance activities within our state-of-the-art refinery operations in Indore. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise and management skills to ensure optimal plant uptime, safety, and efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial maintenance principles, coupled with analytical and problem-solving abilities honed through an MCA education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies for all refinery equipment and machinery.
• Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians, engineers, and supervisors, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety protocols.
• Oversee the planning and execution of scheduled shutdowns, turnarounds, and major maintenance projects, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
• Utilize data analytics and IT systems (leveraging MCA skills) to monitor equipment performance, identify potential issues, and optimize maintenance schedules.
• Manage the maintenance budget, including spare parts inventory, labor costs, and external service contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards within the refinery.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of maintenance-related issues.
• Implement and improve maintenance workflows and procedures using IT solutions and best practices.
