Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager (B2B) to drive B2B sales growth for our educational products and services in the Mangalore region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the education sector and proven B2B sales experience. The ideal candidate will leverage their B.Pharma background to understand and articulate the value proposition of our offerings to educational institutions and corporate clients. This position is ideal for professionals with 5-5 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand our customer base within the B2B segment (schools, colleges, corporate training centers).
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions and corporations.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the benefits and features of BYJU'S educational solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market insights to senior management.
- Mentor and guide a sales team (if applicable) to achieve individual and team goals.
